if I wasn't a Rukia fangirl before this, I'd get turned into one now. This is the first presentation I've seen of a non-skin-and-bones version of Rukia, and it looks simply amazing. +fav!

quite amazing. What size was the original done at?

Nice usage of both warm and cool colors. The background really makes the eye focus on her, which is nice. Nice composition. I like the slight usage of atmospheric perspective.

subjectively, I would have finished off her legs, it seems kind of like its incomplete. Other then that, its awesome. Great job.
